1. All our products are print to order just for you, which means we DO NOT accept returns, cancellation or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect sizing. We highly recommend reviewing the product details, size charts, and images provided before placing your order to ensure the perfect fit and design.

2. In the rare event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately by messaging us through our customer service channels (support@ihiro-world.com). We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and assure you that we will resolve the issue promptly.

3. To assist us in resolving the issue efficiently, please provide the following information in your message:
  • Order number
  • Detailed description of the issue
  • Clear photographs or videos showing the problem, if applicable
4. Our customer service team will carefully assess your case and provide you with instructions on how to proceed. Depending on the circumstances, we may offer one of the following resolutions:
